The Corner Room: A unique space hosted by Hope City Church Edinburgh nestled in in the South Gyle Industrial Estate.
TAO is a dynamic contemporary jazz collective from Glasgow, Scotland, led by drummer and bandleader Roan Anderson, who is about to release its first album. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant jazz scene in Glasgow and beyond, TAO crafts soulful and modern jazz compositions that weave together heartfelt melodies and infectious rhythms. With a lineup featuring Ewan Johnston on keys, Simon Herberholz on saxophone and Chris Quinn on bass. TAO’s music reflects personal experiences of self-discovery, loss, and cherished memories, promising to take audiences on an extraordinary journey of emotion and musical exploration.
A virtuoso of real presence and authority, Ben Mac is one of Scotland’s go-to musicians when it comes to anything new in the jazz scene. Featuring original music rooted in folk and Brazilian influences, he will be presenting musical landscapes from Scottish scenery with joyful melodies and deep rhythms. Joined by Ewan Hastie (bass) & Stephen Henderson (drums), this highly acclaimed trio is a powerhouse that represents some of the finest in Scottish Jazz.

Location: 17F South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh, EH12 9EB on the 1st floor – just look for Greggs and you're there. We are easily accessible via bus(South Gyle Trade Park stop) and a short walk from Bankhead tram stop. Loads of on street parking. Disabled access available.
