We are looking into Matthew 14:13-21 this week. Jesus retreats with his disciples to a solitary place, only to be followed by a large crowd. Jesus moved with compassion, heals many, and then performs a miracle - feeding 5000 men plus women and children with only five loaves and two fish. This is a powerful act, motivated by compassion, but it points to a much deeper truth. Who is this Jesus?
