Here we are at your service!

Recently, the team conducted a wee survey on how the app has been serving you (or not). We are very encouraged by the general positive feedback!

We also recognised that almost everyone's greatest pet peeve was the app chat function - we agree the chat functionality feels quite dated. Unfortunately, the presets cannot be fixed by us and we have been sending feedback to our service provider to encourage them to look into it. Despite its limitations, the current advantage is that we are able to use this chat in a more inclusive manner - to protect your personal data (mobile no.) which some may not be comfortable to share, as well as include our young teens in various team chats.

On a brighter note, the team will strive to improve user experience and functionality in ways we are able to successively - you can already see some changes in the app. It will not be an overhaul - you were mostly satisfied based on what you said in the survey (other than the chat function) :P
